MR. ANTHONY MAINGOT - Corporate Mr. Anthony Maingot joined Agostini on February 01, 2005, having worked in the industry for over twenty-eight (28) years. Prior to joining the Company, Anthony was employed with one of the largest local insurance companies where his last position was that of Claims Manager overseeing all Non-Life claims, including property, casualty and liability classes. Prior to this, Anthony headed the Agencies Department and was in charge of that insurer’s Customer Service, Branch Offices and General Agents Force throughout Trinidad & Tobago. During his tenure in the insurance industry, Anthony attained the Scholarship Training Programme Certificate (T.T.I.I.) and has attended various insurance and management training programmes both locally and in the United Kingdom. MS. PAMELA BAPTISTE - Employee Benefits Ms. Pamela Baptiste has been involved in the Life Insurance Industry for over twenty (20) years and has amassed considerable experience in various aspects of the business industry, including Life, Health and Pension with a leading underwriter. Pamela possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree, holds a fellowship with the Life Management Institute (FLMI) as well as the health designation given by the Health Institute Association of America (HIAA). Pamela graduated from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business with an Executive MBA. MR. EDWARD AMOW - Personal Lines Mr. Edward Amow has over thirty (30) years experience in insurance having first joined Agostini in 1977. Edward is presently the Manager of the Personal Lines Division and is responsible for the servicing of the individual customer with respect to their personal insurances. Edward is also responsible for the management of all Group Insurance Plans/Binders which includes the homes, commercial properties and motor vehicles. MRS. JUNE PETERS - San Fernando Mrs. June Peters has thirty-three(33) years experience in the Insurance Industry of which 10 years with Agostini Insurance Brokers. She is the holder of Introduction to Drilling Equipment and Operations (Wells Services) and has attended several courses in the field of insurance. MRS. JEAN WYKE - Tobago Jean joined AIB in July 1989 as an Insurance Clerk1. Prior to this she worked as an Accounts Clerk for another broker for 3 years. Mrs.Wyke worked in Port of Spain (Head Office) for eight (8) years and then was transferred to Tobago in 1997. She was later promoted to supervisor in 2001. In April 2009, Jean was promoted to Assistant Manager of the Tobago Branch and was Top Producer for 'Most New Policies' in the Managers Category that same year. MS. KATHLEEN TYRRELL - Human Resources Kathleen has been a Human Resource Practitioner for the past twenty six (26) years. After having served in the Public Service for twenty-two (22) years, she joined the private sector in 1995. Kathleen is a Graduate of the University of the West Indies and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology and Government (Honours) and a Certificate in Public Administration. She also holds a Certificate in Industrial Relations, a Certificate for Entry into the Administrative Class of the Public Service and has been trained as an ISO Quality Auditor. She is a long standing member of HRMATT, the Human Resource Management Association of Trinidad & Tobago and recently joined the Board of the Insurance Industry Credit Union. She also serves on three other Committees of the Credit Union. Kathleen's key responsibilities are Human Resource, Industrial Relations, Training & Administration. She performs the full range of human resource/industrial relations, training and administration functions for the Company. MS. INGRID BOWRIN - Information Technology Ms. Ingrid Bowrin is the Manager of the Information Technology Department and holds a BSc. in Information Systems, First Class Honours. She is also a certified Oracle Database Administrator. Ingrid joined the company sixteen (16) years ago, three of which were spent in Marine Cargo Underwriting and Claims Administration. In 1998, Ingrid was appointed Systems Administrator with key responsibility in administering the eGlobal Broking application. During her tenure, Ingrid has developed an in-depth understanding of the Company’s core business processes, which allows her to design and develop critical reports for decision making. MR. KEITH WYKE - Tobago Mr. Keith Wyke started his insurance career in 1981 when he joined Agostini Insurance Brokers Limited. During his tenure at AIB, Keith worked his way to the position of an Account Executive in Trinidad and in 1994, he moved to Tobago as manager of the branch office. Keith has attended many insurance courses related to property, liability and motor. MR. MARK HENDERSON - General Manager- AIB Grenada Mr. Mark Henderson graduated from Saint Mary’s University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He worked at another insurance brokerage company and serviced large private accounts before moving to Agostini Insurance Brokers, Port of Spain in 2006. Mark’s portfolio consisted mainly of clients based in San Fernando until January 2007 when he was transferred to Agostini Insurance Brokers, Grenada. He is currently pursuing his ACII, and has completed six (6) out of the ten (10) exams.
